Reboot: Refresher Class
There is always more to learn! Even people who have welcomed many children and studied extensively can forget things. This is an opportunity to remember what has slipped your mind while adding new skills and knowledge.
Just because you've had a child already doesnt mean you shouldn't prepare for this new sweetie. You CAN have another amazing birth! Education can make all the difference!
This is a 1 or 2 class series for couples who have already had a child naturally.
Why should you take a Reboot Refresher when you already have the experience of one natural birth?
Opportunity to focus on this baby and this pregnancy. Each pregnancy is different and each birth deserves that dedicated time!
The chance to discuss your fears, concerns, questions and events of your last birth. Often couples find that they had things to discuss they never realized they did.
Allows you connect with other people in a similar life situation. As you add children and get busier, this can get harder and harder.
